She is also a singer and backing vocalist and was a backing vocalist for Tony Christie for a TV appearance for his hit, “Is this the Way to Amarillo.”

Jackson also presented the coverage of the National Hunt Festival for the official Cheltenham website in 2006. She participated in ‘Catfight’ in 2007, a boxing match in Hammersmith Palais.
