Michelle Rouillard (born October 28, 1986), a student representing Cauca Department, was crowned Miss Colombia 2008 during a ceremony televised live to the whole country at the Julio Cesar Turbay auditorium in Cartagena.
Michelle, a student of international business at Concord University in Canada, stands 1.75 m tall, she speaks three languages: Spanish, English and French. their actions are 92-62-92, with green eyes, light brown hair and fair skin, and will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2009 contest in July.
