Alexandra Imelda Cecelia Ewan Burke (born 25 August 1988) is a British singer and winner of the fifth series of UK television singing talent show The X Factor. Burke had previously auditioned for the 2005 series of the show, where she reached the last seven in her category but was not selected for the live shows.

Rochelle Eulah Wiseman (born 21 March 1989) is an English singer, actress and television presenter. She is best known for her work in pop groups S Club 8 and The Saturdays. Wiseman has achieved six Top 10 hits with her first band, S Club 8 and seven Top 10 hits with girl group, The Saturdays.

In 2001, Wiseman auditioned to sing with S Club 7 on the Carnival Tour. The group S Club Juniors – later renamed S Club 8 – was created. In 2004 they shot a children’s programme, I Dream in Spain. The programme lasted for one series and the group disbanded in early 2005. As a group, they achieved seven Top 20 hits with six of these charting in the Top 10.

Vanessa Karen White (born 30 October 1989) is an English pop singer and songwriter. She became successful in 2008 as a member of the girl group The Saturdays. The youngest member of the band, she is noted for her extensive vocal range.

Having already been signed as a solo artist White auditioned for, and was accepted as, a member of a newly-formed girl group in 2007. She gelled quickly with the four other members who now refer to her as “our Christina Aguilera” due to her extensive vocal range. She has also received comparison to American singers Alicia Keys, Beyoncé and Mariah Carey.

White is the only member of the group to have solo parts in every song on their debut album Chasing Lights (2008) and the verses of the title track are sung entirely by her, although when performed live the vocals of the song “Chasing Lights” are shared among all five members. Once paramedics had strapped up her foot she was permitted to join the band on stage in a wheelchair. White spent the next few shows appearing on stage sat on a bar stool and gradually began to stand for more and more songs as the tour progressed, before finally being able to perform all choreography again.

Along with the other members of the group, White has co-written a track on their second album, Wordshaker titled “Deeper”. She features less on verses and more to ad-libs on “Karma” and “One Shot”. Lastly, she only sings one solo line on their cover of Kristinia DeBarge’s “Died In Your Eyes”.
